Gościszów - Church. Our Lady of Częstochowa

One of the oldest churches in this part of Lower Silesia, a 13th-century late Romanesque building with gothic elements, rebuilt in the 17th century. Inside you can admire a gothic rib vault and a polychrome from the beginning of the 15th century with a scene of the Annunciation, interesting Renaissance furnishings (including . altar, pulpit and baptismal font) and epitaphs from the 16th-18th centuries. Next to the church, there are the remains of the castle, once considered one of the most beautiful Renaissance buildings in Lower Silesia, in progressive ruin since 1945. The castle was one of several border strongholds built by prince Bolek I of the Raw on the south-western border of the Świdnica-Jawor Duchy at the end of the 13th century. At the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries, it received a Renaissance appearance, thoroughly rebuilt in 1881-1884 in an eclectic style at the request of the then owner - Count Frederick Jerzy zu Solms-Baruth, known as the "old prince". During his reign, the German emperor himself stayed in Kliczków several times. Completely destroyed after the war, the building was carefully restored in 2000-2001 and turned into a hotel and conference center. Built in 1920 to a design by Georg Wolff, it is equipped with two 0.48 MW turbines. In order to dam up the water, a weir and a channel supplying water to the power plant were built. Until 1945, the Modła mill operated in parallel with the power plant - the ruins of the Bibranów castle

The castle was built by Mikołaj von Bibran in the years 1564-1567, enlarged by the Rittberg family in 1767. It has been in ruins since 1945. Next to the castle, fragments of manor buildings and the remains of a landscape park have survived. At the nearby church of Our Lady of the Rosary, there is the Rittberg family mausoleum - the largest building of this type in the county.
