Worth seeing
- Szwykowski palace complex - a palace in the style of an Italian villa from the first half of the Nineteenth century in the Szwykowski estate. After 1863, the property was confiscated by the tsar, and the building was turned into the county seat. Two outbuildings have also survived.

- Catholic Church of (Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary? St. Michael the Archangel), neoclassical from 1883. The vicar here was the later cardinal, Fr. Kazimierz Świątek. The Soviets, occupying the city from 1944, closed the church and rebuilt it (1950) into a community center. On April 1, 1993, he was returned to the faithful.
