The hamlet el-Qabala (also Gabala, Arabic:القبالة, al-Qabāla) is located about 10 km east of the city el-Bāwīṭī in the valley el-Baḥrīya in Egypt.

The hamlet of el-Qabāla is located about 10 kilometers from el-Bāwīṭī away, west of Mandisha. In 1980 about 500 inhabitants lived in it, 80 of them in the center and the rest in the surrounding fountain markings. The water comes from a drainage well and 30 other wells, ten of which are considered "Roman" (ie old). The arable area is about 100 feddān (42 hectares).[1]
The name of the hamlet goes back to its importance as a meeting point for caravan routes.
