Fourths is a Swiss Municipalities Canton St. Gallen.
The community lies in the middle of the Walensee
It consists of the districts of Oberterzen, Unterterzen, Quarten, Quinten, Mols, Murg SG, Tannenbodenalp and Flums-Grossberg.

The districts of Muff and Unterterzen each have a train station on the Zürch Chur line.

The A3 motorway exit is near Murg.
The car-free district of Quinten can only be reached on foot, from Walenstadt or Weesen in an approx. 3-hour walk, or by boat across Lake Walen.

You are forced to rely on your own feet on the north bank. All traffic routes lead along the south bank.
A gondola lift leads from Unterterzen via Obertrezen to Tannenbodenalp, where the Flumserberge ski area begins. The Flummserberge can also be reached by bus from Flums.
Tourist Attractions
The main attraction is certainly nature.
The quiet town of Quinten on the north bank of the lake is also a small wine-growing area.
