Saint-Louis (creole: Senlwi) is a municipality on the island Marie-Galante in Guadeloupe.

This place is mentioned on a map as early as 1760. At the point where the Rivière Saint-Louis flows into the bay, a fortification was built from palisades. Nevertheless, the place fell into English hands in 1691, 1703, 1706 and 1728. After the hurricane of 1867, of all the houses, only Courbaril Church was intact.

By boat

Saint-Louis has regular boat connections to Terre-de-Haut on the Les Saintes archipelago, as well as to Pointe-a-Pitre and Saint-Francois. The journey time is 45 minutes each.
