Tourist Attractions
- Underground city. The first rooms were opened for inspection as early as 1975. But here, too, there is only a fraction to be seen, but it gives an impression of what lies or could lie behind it. The city is best known for finding toilet rooms. These can also be viewed.
- Cave churches. Most of the cave churches are badly damaged and have no frescoes or ornaments. But two show wonderfully preserved Bible scenes of Jesus and various saints. These have been restored since 1991 and are well worth a visit.
