Valenzuela is a city in northwest of Metro Manila. It is one of the cities of the Camanava area, which is largely a residential and industrial suburb of the region.

Landscapes / cities / towns

The MacArthur Highway, a four- to six-lane highway, is the main road from Valenzuela. The town hall and most of the shops are located here. Polo forms the historic center of Valenzuela and has the San Diego de Alcala Church ("Polo Church") from Spanish times and the town square. Barangay Paso de Blas (or earlier Malinta) is the main exit from the North Luzon Expressway and the Gateway Complex.

From Ninoy Aquino International Airport, buses run via EDSA to Malanday, Valenzuela (northern part of Valenzuela).

Pedicabs (also known as "trikes" or "sidecars") are everywhere in the city (except on major highways). Pedicabs can travel on roads that jeepneys and buses cannot.

With the taxi

Taxis can be found anywhere in Manila or Bulacan. You can take a taxi and determine your destination. The tariffs depend on your travel destination.
