The Dzika Orlica (German: Wild eagles,) is an approx. 100 km long wild mountain and tributary of the Eagle in the southwest Poland in the voivodeship Lower Silesia (Glatzer Ländchen) and him northern Czech Republic. It arises in the Eagle Mountains at Aiming c and in its upper reaches it forms the border between the Eagle Mountains and the Habelschwerdter Mountains. Later it forms the border between Poland and the Czech Republic. Finally it flows through the Czech Republic, where it joins the Adler. which in turn drains into the Elbe. This makes the Wild Eagle one of the few rivers that begin in Poland and flow into the North Sea.

Run

The Dzika Orlica rises at Aiming c in a high moor. The lower reaches of the mountain river can be traveled by canoe or kayak. As there are numerous rapids, the ride is not easy. The clean and fish-rich river is also appreciated by sport anglers.
