Niemczańskie Hills - hills in the south-west Poland on Sudeten foothills in Dolnośląskie Voivodeship. According to the physical and geographic division, it is a microregion belonging to the mesoregion Niemczańsko-Strzelińskie hills.
Characteristic
The hills are characterized by a varied terrain with flat peaks and a medium slope of the slopes of the range, into which the stream valleys cut. The hills have a characteristic structure of island ridges and hills and foothills with the features of heartwood and outliers. Natural rock exposures are relatively rare and are limited only to slopes and indented stream valleys. The hills, characterized by flat peaks and gentle slopes, cut by valleys parallel to the axis of the hills, create height differences of approx. 200 m. The highest elevations are found in the southern part of the hills.
Division
The Niemczańskie Hills are a sub-unit Niemczańsko-Strzelińskie hills, constituting an area of a similar nature, the range is not high, the ridges do not exceed a height of 400 meters above sea level, but due to the steep slopes it has become a mountain range, stretching from The Owl Mountains towards the east and are divided into smaller microregions, which are the longitudinal ranges of hills, (mentioning from the north-west) they are:
