Chuvashia (Russian: Чувашия) is a federal state of Russia, part of the Volga District. Most of the inhabitants of the area are Chuvash and Russians. The Chuvas are a people of Turkish origin.
Languages
The dominant language of Chuvashia, as well as of all Russia, is Russian. However, Tsouvasiki also has several speakers. The Chuvash language belongs to the group of Turkish languages.
