THE Φαρκαδόνα is a town in the prefecture of Trikala. It is located in the east of the prefecture, between Trikala and Larissa. The settlement in the past was called Tsioti but was renamed Farkadona in 1955 from the name of the ancient Thessalian city that was built around the same place. Farkadona has a population according to the 2001 census, 2,387 inhabitants.

THE Oichalia (former name Neochori) is located 24 km east of Trikala, while from Larissa is 44 kilometers away. Its population according to the 2001 census is 2,936 inhabitants. It is the third most populated settlement in the Prefecture of Trikala (after Trikala and Kalampaka). Until 1981 it was called Neochori when it was renamed Oichalia.

THE Fountain is located at the 25th kilometer of the National Road Trikala-Larissa, at a distance of 5 km from the National Road. The total area of ​​the village is 18,000 acres and has an altitude of 130 meters. The Fountain is surrounded by hills that create a natural fortress protecting it from the cold winter north winds and the hot summer sun. In the precinct of the church of Agios Nikolaos, located on a hill east of Krini, there has been for some years a comfortable park with panoramic views of both the village and the plain. Its population is about 895 inhabitants.

The Stone is located 19 kilometers east of the city of Trikala and has an altitude of 110 meters. Its population is about 885 inhabitants, whose main occupations are agriculture and animal husbandry. Until 1955 the name of the village was "Baya".
