Cruises along the Volga River operate in summer (from early May to late September). Ships operated by different companies have dozens of operations from Moscow to Astrakhan. Single or round trip cruises are available from almost all cities along Volga. Several websites, Turflot.ru and infoflot.ru, offer tours.
The basic price of the cruise: 15,000 rubles (approximately US$500) for a trip from Moscow to Astrakhan (single trip) and three meals a day. If meals are not included, it is about 8 to 9,000 rubles.
