Kumanakoalie inVenezuelaSucreOf a city. The inhabitant population is about 18,800. The construction of the city began in 1585 and was finally established in 1617 by the captain Baltasar de Arias, named San Baltasar Cumanacoa Arias. This fertile mountain area is the main production area of sugarcane.
