Pahang（Malay: Pahang is the largest state in West Malaysia, the state capital is Kuantan (Kuantan), and the imperial city is located in Pekan (Pekan). Gunung Tahan, the highest mountain in Peninsular Malaysia, is located in the northern part of Pahang, covering an area of 35,964 square kilometers and a population of 1,448,000. The supreme ruler of the state is Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Mustain Billah ibni Almarhum Sultan Sir Abu Bakar Riayatuddin Al-Muadzam Shah.
