THE Θεουτα the Keuta (Spanish: Ceuta) is a city on its north coast Africa, just opposite Gibraltar, which is its territory Spain. It is one of the 17 autonomous communities (Regions) of the country and has a land border to the south with Morocco.

Ceuta is easily accessible from Alchestras (Algeciras) (Cádiz) by ferry. Speedboats connect Ceuta with the mainland Spain, since 2015, three companies are active in the line, Balearia, FRS and the Transmediterranea with a total of over 10 itineraries per day.
