history
In ancient times, it was Qiang and Rong; in Tang and Song Dynasties, it was Tubo. Due to its old system, the Yuan was entrusted with local chiefs to hold official positions. He was appointed to the imperial court and promoted the Tusi system in the state. Beginning in July in the 32nd year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1906), Zhao Erfeng vigorously implemented the policy of "returning the land to the stream", abolished the chieftain, and set up the riverside; in 1914, it was a special area of the riverside, and later changed to the riverside road. Bian; changed to Xikang Province in 1939; Xikang Tibetan Autonomous Region was established on November 25, 1950, Xikang Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture was renamed in March 1955, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture was renamed in October 1955, and it was placed under Sichuan Province.
