- 1 Mogilev(Магілёў) — the center of the region. The city retains several churches from the 18th century, as well as a magnificent Soviet era building complex.
- 2 Osipovic(Асіповічы) — a large industrial town.
- 3 Bobruisk(Бабруйск) — the second largest city in the region, with secular architecture from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century, as well as the remains of a 19th century fortress.
- 4 Bekhov(Быхаў)-This ancient town has the remains of a fortified synagogue from the 17th century.
- 5 Krichev(Крычаў) — an old town, home to mansions in the late 18th century.
- 6 Mstislav(Мсціслаў)-This charming town has two 17th to 18th century Catholic churches and earthen fortifications of the ancient fortress.
- 7 Shklov(Шклоў)-This small town has an exquisite city hall from the late 18th century, as well as many secular buildings from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century.
- 8 Gorki(Горкі) — The town is centered on the Belarusian Agricultural University.
