Angkor Borei is a small town in the province Takeo in Cambodia.
getting there
You can drive to the place with a rented car. A road leads from National Route 2 to the place. However, the approach by boat from is much nicer Takeo. The tour (including a trip to Phnom Da) costs $ 24.

The best way to go in the village is on foot. The museum and the pagoda are right on the canal.
