Urban centers
- Kaoma - Capital of the district of the same name, with a civil airport.
- Livingstone - Access point to Victoria Falls.
- Mongu - Capital of the Western Province.
- Solwezi - Capital of the rapidly developing Northwestern Province.
Other destinations
- Victoria Falls - By far the largest waterfalls in the world.
- West Lunga National Park - Wild, little visited and one of the few to be covered with forests.
- Liuwa Plain National Park - Near the border withAngola. Excellent for observing animal migrations.
- Lochinvar National Park - Located south of the Kafue River. Very similar to the Blue Lagoon National Park located on the opposite bank of the river.
- Sioma Ngwezi National Park - Located in the extreme southwest of the country. Not having developed adequate infrastructure, it is rarely visited.
