Context
Belgrano is characterized by being an upper-middle class neighborhood, of great commercial and residential importance. It bears this name thanks to the general Manuel Belgrano who participated in the war of independence in 1812.

The River Plate stadium is located in Belgrano. Take the subway to the Congreso de Tucumán station and walk eight blocks to get to the stadium.
