Berry Islands is a subgroup of islands in the archipelago of Bahamas.

Geographical notes

Berry Islands is located in the north-eastern part of the country and is made up of about thirty islands plus a hundred cay.

Background

It was colonized in 1836 by the governor Colebrook.
