Bir lehlou is a city of Western Sahara.
Understand
Desert village Western Sahara at 64 km east of the Moroccan wall in the Polisario zone and 237 km of Tindouf in Algeria. Inaccessible from the Moroccan zone of Western Sahara (except special authorization). It is part of the 5th military zone of the Polisario Front, administered by the United Nations which has a camp there.
Toponymy
Transcribed from Hassaniyya Arabic, bir means "well, source of water" and lahlou means "sweet, sweet". It is therefore a well or a source of sugar water.
