Boników - Boników

Boników is a village of about 500 inhabitants, located in Greater Poland Voivodeship, in the western part Ostrów County and the southern part Odolanów commune. It is located approximately 5 km south of Odolanów and is situated by the district road Bogdaj - Candle.In the neighboring village Garki there is a railway station where passenger trains on the route stop Ostrow Wielkopolski - Wroclaw.

Worth seeing

  • The village is situated on the border "Barycz Valley" Landscape Park.
  • It stands next to farm no. 49 wooden cross with carvings Bryliński, dating from 1856. During the Nazi occupation, it was hidden in a barn.
