What see
- Tharpaling Goemba. Founded by the dzogchen master Longchen Rabjam in 1352, the monastery also hosted the famous Nyingma guru Jigme Lingpa in the 18th century. It is located at 3,600 meters and is home to about 150 monks. It can be reached via a dirt road.
- Weaving houses. Most weaving houses display their wares outdoors and visitors are encouraged to follow the process. Woolen clothes and bags can be purchased on site.
