Chivay is a small city in southern Peru, the capital of the province of Caylloma in the Arequipa region. It is the main urban center among those located in Cañón del Colca.

The Inca bridge near Chivay
- Astronomical observatory. Located in a hotel, it has a telescope to observe the celestial vault for a fee.
- La Calera. Thermal springs about three kilometers from Chivay, have some pools with hot water set between the walls of the Cañón del Colca.
- Inca bridge. Made of stone, it surmounts the ravine where the Colca River flows, north of the town.
