Cortenbergh is a municipality made up of four villages: Cortenbergh (in Dutch Kortenberg), Erps-Kwerps, Everbergh (in Dutch Everberg) and Meerbeek.
Cortenbergh is famous because on September 27, 1312, Duke John II of Brabant signed the Cortenbergh charter which served as the constitution of the Duchy of Brabant.
