Thaw is a city in the east of Quebec to Canada.

Understand

Dégelis is located on the shores of Lake Témiscouata and the Madawaska River in the regional county municipality (MRC) of Témiscouata to Bas-Saint-Laurent to Quebec. The city owes its name to the fact that part of the Madawaska River in front of the village never freezes, "thaw" meaning, in Old French, a body of water left free of ice.

Dégelis is a village-relay, that is to say that the municipality has, through its traders, all the services normally offered by a service area located along a highway.
