Ebersmunster (Eng. Ebersmünster), known for the abbey church of St. Mauritius, is one french Commune in the department Bas-Rhin, in the Alsace between Strasbourg and Sélestat.

Politically, the municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Sélestat-Erstein and the canton of Sélestat.
The village is located on the river Ill.
The village developed around the Benedictine abbey, which is said to have been founded by Eticho, the father of St. Odile. The monastery and church burned down during the Thirty Years War.

- 1 Église Abbatiale St-Maurice (église abbatiale Saint-Maurice d'Ebersmunster), rue du Général Leclerc. The Église Abbatiale St-Maurice is the abbey church of the former Benedictine monastery in Ebersmunster. The three-tower church was redesigned in the Baroque style in 1727 by the Vorarlberg architect Peter Thumb. It is considered to be one of the most beautiful baroque churches in eastern France. In the light-flooded and cheerful interior there are stucco decorations and ceiling frescoes that are well worth seeing. The choir stalls and confessionals are also beautifully made. The church also houses one of the last organs built by Andreas Silbermann, which was built between 1730 and 1732. It is considered to be the best preserved organ from the builder and was carefully restored between 1997 and 1999. Every year from May to July there is a series of concerts in the abbey church, Les Heures Musicales d’Ebersmunster, instead of. The proceeds will be used for the restoration of the church.
