shop
El Bolsón is known for its honey. The forest honey is particularly tasty, which, unlike German forest honey, is not black, but brown. Wherever there are firs in Germany, the natural forest in El Bolson and the surrounding area is mostly cypress.
kitchen
Expensive and bad. Unless you eat the famous Asado with Chimichuri and drink wine with the locals. Asado, for example, is a lamb that hangs on an iron and is roasted next to the fire. Chimichuri is made from water, vinegar, garlic, and oregano. Matured like this in a bottle for a few days, it is poured over and over again through a cut wine cork on the meat while it is roasting. That’s great food, then.
