- 1 Haapsalu - Episcopal seat in the Middle Ages, Haapsalu has interesting monuments including the cathedral and the castle.
- 2 Kabli - Village located on the gulf of Line.
- 3 Kuressaare - Capital of the island of Saaremaa, Kuressaare it is famous for its medieval castle.
- 4 Pärnu - Surrounded by numerous beaches, Pärnu is the largest seaside resort in theEstonia.
- 5 Valgeranna - Location close to Pärnu, Valgeranna it has wide beaches and an amusement park.

- 1 Hiiumaa - In second place by area the island of Hiiumaa is sparsely populated. Its capital is Kärdla, a village of a few thousand inhabitants.
- 2 Kihnu - Located in the Gulf of Riga, the islet of Khinu is on the list UNESCO of the Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
- 3 Muhu - Island joined to its neighbor Saaremaa from an artificial embankment; the ferries that connect Saaremaa to the port of Virtsu.
- 4 Matsalu National Park - Excellent park for birdwatchers because it is rich in ornithological species.
- 5 Vilsandi National Park (Vilsandi rahvuspark) - Rich in marine fauna and located on the west coast of the island of Saaremaa.
- 6 Ruhnu - Islet in the Gulf of Riga with beaches surrounded by dense pine forests on its eastern side.
- 7 Saaremaa - Major island ofEstonia, Saarema closes the gulf of Line North. The capital Kuressaare it is also its major tourist center. Saarema in turn is surrounded by a myriad of tiny islands including Abruka with nudist beaches.
- 8 Vormsi - Very close to the mainland, Vormsi is a small island covered with woods.
How to get
By plane
The nearest international airport is at Tallinn. Pärnu has a small airport with only seasonal flights to the islands of Saaremaa is Ruhnu operated by airlines FLN Friesland Luftverkehr[link not working] with small biplanes.
The airport of Kuressaare (island of Saaremaa) is served by a flight to / from Tallinn operated by Transaviabaltika with small twin turbos.
The island area can be reached by ferries departing from Haapsalu, Pärnu or Virtsu.

The continental part is easily accessible by train.

Similarly to the train, the continental part is also easily accessible by bus or bus.

Within the big cities there is a good urban bus service. Between them, as for the rest of Estonia, there are bus connections.
