Only charter flights are operated from the only airport in use in the province, Seinäjoki Airport, so the best way to fly on site is to use Vaasa Airport.

Seinäjoki railway station is located along the Finnish main line, Lapua and Kauhava railway stations are also located along the main line. There will also be a line from Central Finland via Haapamäki to Seinäjoki and Ähtäri and Alavus railway stations along it.
