The airport Borg El Arab (English: Borg El Arab Airport, Arabic:مطار برج العرب الدولي‎, Maṭār Burǧ al-ʿArab ad-Daulī) is 40 kilometers southwest of the egyptian city Alexandria and 14 kilometers east of El-ʿArab Castle. There is also the larger airport nearby Alexandria International.

The airport opened in 2009. The airport is mainly used for flights to some cities in the Arab countries. The airport has a runway that is 3,400 meters long and two other, short, 411 meters long runways. In 2009 around 372,000 passengers were handled.

Since December 2010, Borg El Arab Airport has temporarily been the main airport of Alexandria during the renovation and expansion work at Alexandria International Airport.
