Frigate Bay is a city in Saint Kitts.

The Frigate Bay Peninsula stretches like a bottleneck 3 miles southeast of the Basseterre city limits. The only asphalt road winds around flat hills past nine pristine beach bays. There you will also find several small and large salt lakes that have been declared protected areas. The isthmus between the Atlantic coast and the Caribbean Sea is only 750 m to 2 km wide. Frigate Bay is the island's tourist hub and a major construction site.
The former Jack Tarr Hotel, then Royal St. Kitts Hotel, was expanded by the Marriott Group into a 500 room hotel. In 2006 the foundation stone for the 300 room Hotel Ocean Edge was laid. There are several residential areas, such as Half Moon Bay Villas. They border directly on the golf course and several villas are available for rent to tourists. The "Frigate Bay Development Corporation" has presented plans to convert the land around the small salt lake between Fort Tyson and Sir Timothy Hill into an adventure park. The 7 hectare salt lake is included in the plan, where you should be able to rent row boats or fish. The infrastructure on the beach is to be expanded and tourists from cruise ships are to spend the day there.

- Banana Bay. 600 m wide, slightly curved bay in the extreme southeast with a light sandy beach. Some palm trees offer protection from the sun. There is no infrastructure, just the ruins of an abandoned guest house.
- Cockleshell Bay. It connects directly to Banana Bay. There you will also find some coconut trees and the ruins of a guest house.
- Friars Bay South. Little developed, fine sandy beach with a few palm trees and a large rock in the middle. There are several beach bars there, mostly simple wooden huts. Palm trees and sea grape trees offer some protection from the sun. Extensive construction work is taking place in the northern area.
- Frigate Bay North, Atlantic side. Light sandy beach with light swell, the wind is ideal for surfing, hotels and condos, restaurants are nearby.
- Frigate Bay South. Caribbean island side with fine, light sandy beach, two restaurants, beach bars, water sports. This beach is also very popular with the locals.
- Major's Bay. Deeply cut bay, west of Banana Bay, white sand beach with a salt lake behind.
- Sand Bank Bay. Secluded and undeveloped light sandy beach on the southeast coast. In contrast to other beaches on the Atlantic coast, swimming is possible there because the bay is so deeply cut and protected.
- Turtle Beach. Gray sandy beach protected by a reef with restaurant, bar, water sports. This beach is also very popular with the locals.
- White House Bay. White House Bay connects to Friars Bay Süd far south and is just before the large salt lake. The small bay is a popular anchorage for sailors and is a beautiful diving area because of the offshore reefs and shipwrecks.

In recent years, a new road has been built from the airfield directly to Frigate Bay.
From Basseterre there is a good road in the extension of Cayon Street and Pond Road which leads over three roundabouts to Frigate Bay North.
