The Frieze (West Frisian: Fryslân, Dutch: Friesland) is a province of Netherlands. It is known for its specific language and culture. It has a strong sports culture: ice skating is the most popular sport, and is practiced alongside native sports such as ice skating. fierljeppen (jump with a pole over a body of water or a large canal) and the Skoutsjesilen (regatta on an old sailboat).
