Fuente de Piedra is a city in the Málaga Province in the Spanish region Andalusia.

Salt has been mined in the plain near Fuente de Piedra since Roman times. In 1950 the salt production was stopped. A lagoon 6 km long and 2.5 km wide with a water level of approx. 70 cm developed. Up to 50,000 flamingos come to the lagoon each spring to mate and nest. From the Centro de Visitantes on the east side of the lagoon, which was specially set up for bird watching, you have a good overview of the flocks of pink flamingos and other water birds that populate the lagoon.

Fuente de Piedra is located on the A92 motorway between Antequera and Estepa. To get to the lagoon, take the MA6408 into the village from the motorway exit, then turn right at the church out of the village onto the narrow tar road A7279 in the direction of Sierra de Yeguas. After 1 km turn left to the Centro de Visitantes and the lagoon. There is sufficient parking space in front of the visitor center.
