Gardelegen is located on the (Berlin-) Stendal-Wolfsburg- (Hanover) railway line and is usually served hourly by regional trains between Wolfsburg and Stendal. Long-distance traffic stops are Stendal and Wolfsburg Hbf. Gardelegen station is about one kilometer south of the center.
