Gazi is a fishing village in County Kwale on the kenyan south coast, between Ukunda (Diani Beach) and Msambweni. It has no tourist infrastructure worth mentioning, but is worth a visit because of the "Mangrove Boardwalk".
Tourist Attractions
The Mangrove boardwalk is almost half a kilometer long, the boardwalk leads through the coastal mangroves across from Chale Island. A group of women takes care of the maintenance, offers knowledgeable tours and plants trees that are threatened by illegal logging. The nearby beach of Gazi with a lot of fishermen's color is also worth a visit, even if less for swimming than for looking.
