The Glénan is an archipelago of Brittany formed of 11 islands (Saint Nicolas, Loc'h, Penfret, Bananec, Drénec, Guéotec, Cigogne, Brunec, Quignénec, Brilimec, Guiriden) and many islets and rocks.

- Tourist Office
This archipelago is currently uninhabited year round although it has long been populated by fishermen and farmers (maximum 50 inhabitants). It remains a place of tourism, fishing and the main place of the nautical center of Glénans (with an "s" exception this time). The archipelago is part of the association of Ponant Islands.
To go
Obviously by sea. Either from East to West from Concarneau, Fouesnant, Benodet, Loctudy. It takes 1 h - 1 h 45 to reach the archipelago. The only pier is on the island of Saint Nicolas.
Circulate
Walk. Watch out for private property. Otherwise, swim and remember to bring a mask, snorkel and fins. For those who come by boat, once again, watch out for navigation, currents and tides.

Chez Castric's bar restaurant serves excellent seafood (Lobsters, Cakes, Spiders).

A cafe will serve you a midday meal if you forgot your picnic.
Housing
Impossible to sleep there.
Respect
That goes without saying. Avoid giving plastic waste to the birds you take a picture of. Also avoid leaving your garbage after you ... The dunes are also fragile, avoid walking in them.
