Grand Cayman is the largest of the Cayman Islands
To know
Geographical notes
The island is flat, the highest point only reaches 24 meters above sea level. One of the characteristics of the island is the lack of fresh water, in fact there are no lakes or streams and all the water used by the population comes from basins or from the desalination of the marine one. The lack of waterways that flow into the sea is one of the reasons that give the waters of the island a high transparency and clarity. The eastern part of the island is the least developed from an urban point of view.
