The North Sea Cycle Route runs on national cycle route 5 through Hadsund.

In addition, the regional cycle route 32, the Mariager Fjordruten, leads from Hobro at the inland end of the Mariagerfjord to Hadsund and then on the other side of the fjord around it, a total of 64 km.
