Horodło - rural commune in Lubelskie Voivodeship, in Hrubieszowski poviat.

Characteristic

The Horodło commune is the easternmost commune in Poland. It is located above Bug along the border with Ukraine. The commune covers the area of ​​130.3 km² and is inhabited by about 6,500 people in 15 villages. It is a typical agricultural commune with no extensive industrial branch. The only major industrial plant - a sugar factory, is located in Strzyżów.
