Jausiers is a village located in the department of Alpes de Haute Provence, in the region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, in the South-East of France.

Understand

Jausiers is the second town in the department of Ubaye valley in number of inhabitants. Numbering 1,135 in the 2012 census, it ranks behind Barcelonnette, the main city and sub-prefecture.
