In the far east of the north coast are four pretty secluded, beautiful bays with fine white sandy beaches: Carrot Bay, Cooten Bay, Josiahs Bay and Long Bay. This Long Bay is not to be confused with Long Bay in the northwest of the island, opposite Frenchman's Cay.

- Josiah's Bay Beach. With the salt lake behind it has a grassy sandy beach, ideal for sunbathers. When the winds are favorable, the bay is a surfer's paradise. There are several guest houses, restaurants and a beach bar.
- Lambert Bay. Also called Long Bay or Elizabeth Bay, is located on a palm forest. Locals love the bay as a picnic area. The beach has fine, white sand. There is a hotel there.
