Kurumathur is a small and beautiful village Kerala State, in India. It is about 10 kilometres away from Thaliparamba. The Valapattanam River flows through the village. A traditional art of Malabar "Theyyam" can be seen here on some months in various temples. There is a small upper primary school called Kurumathur South U.P School here. There is a big and old Brahmin house known as Kurumathur Illom here.
