Around
Just 6 km from the resort, the lake of Lacanau[2] is both a peaceful place dedicated to swimming and fishing. Its southwest shore is home to a wide marked path, starting from the Grande Escoure, winding between reeds, water lilies and wooded dunes. The GR 8 also touches the lake and allows you to reach, through the forest, either the resort of Lacanau-ocean, or Lège-Cap-Ferret (16 km). Kayakers can also join the Arcachon bay by the Porge canal, south of the lake.
