The Left Skrwa is a 50 km long tributary of the Vistula, in the north-central Poland in the voivodships Łódź and Mazovia. It is very popular with canoeists and anglers. The Right Skrwa flows into the river on the opposite bank of the Vistula.

The Left Skrwa arises on the Kutnoer Plateau at Łanięta and flows north to the Vistula, where it joins Soczewka in the Leslau reservoir flows out. It forms the historical border between Mazovia and Kuyavia.
