Marco Island is accessible from the airports in Fort Myers and Miami Easily accessible via Interstate Highway 75. It takes around 1 1/2 hours from Fort Myers. From Miami you need at least 2 1/2 hours. From both airports you should leave the highway at exit 101. State Highway 951 then leads directly to Marco Island.
