The Montau (Polish: Mątawa) is an approx. 60 km long tributary of the Vistula in the northern Poland in the voivodeship Kuyavian Pomeranian.

Run

The Montau rises in the South Pomeranian Lake Districtthat flows through the Tuchel Heath and flows after numerous meanders in the Rulewer Switzerland Nowe in the Vistula. It is very popular with canoeists.
