Măcinului Mountains are located in southeastern Romania, in Tulcea county, between Danube Valley, Luncaviței Valley and Cerna-Horia Saddle.
In the western and south-western part of the park, the access is made from the national road DN22D, between localities Macin and Horie, especially from the locality Greek.
To the north, it can be reached from the locality Luncaviţa. The county road between Horia and Luncavița communes allows access to the east and northeast of the park.[1]
