Nabyszyce - Nabyszyce

Nabyszyce is a village of about 650 inhabitants, located in Greater Poland Voivodeship, in the western part Ostrów County and in the northwestOdolanów commune.

Information

The village has been known since 1369. The village also includes a settlement Kuroch and a river with the same name flows through it.

Drive

It is located approximately 11 km west of Ostrów Wielkopolski and is situated on the poviat road to Gorzyce Wielkie - Sulmierzyce.

Cross with sculptures by Paweł Bryliński.
  • In the southern part, on the road to Odolanów is located cross with carvings Paweł Bryliński from 1882.
  • Among meadows about 300 meters west of the village and 100 meters east of the river Kuroch you can see settlement about 65 meters in diameter and about 1 meter high. The stronghold here was active in the years 950-1100, and later in the 14th century until 1382, when it was destroyed by the army Sigismund of Luxembourg.
